By accessing or using BuckChats ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. BuckChats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use BuckChats. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. BuckChats is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use BuckChats to: • Post, stream, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity. • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or servers. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks. • Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications. • Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate other users. • Share content that exploits or endangers minors in any way.

BuckChats allows users to host and participate in live streaming rooms with real-time chat. Hosts are responsible for the content broadcast in their rooms. BuckChats reserves the right to terminate any live stream or room that violates these Terms without prior notice. Users join rooms at their own discretion and acknowledge that BuckChats does not pre-screen user-generated content.

BuckChats offers virtual gifting features and a referral program. Virtual gifts are non-refundable digital items with no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise. Referral earnings are subject to the program's specific terms, which may be updated from time to time. BuckChats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the gifting system or referral program at any time.

All content, branding, logos, designs, and software associated with BuckChats are the property of BuckChats or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

By posting, streaming, or submitting content on BuckChats, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but are solely responsible for it.

Your use of BuckChats is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

BuckChats may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

BuckChats is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuckChats and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BuckChats shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
